The Progress of your Order
Having placed your order, you will receive emails confirming that it was received by us, and also when (and how) your order was dispatched.
Availability
Our on-line shop is updated every 24 hours, but we cannot guarantee that all items are in stock. Music is classified under the following headings:
- In Stock
- In Print
- In preparation
- Reprinting
- Out of print
'In Print' means that the title is available (as far as we can tell) but not currently in stock. It may be on order and due 'In Stock' iminently, or it might be a 'non-stock' item, which would have to be backordered for you (see below).
Be aware that it is possible that items marked as 'In Print' may actually have become 'Out of Print' for example. We work very hard to keep this sort of information up-to-date but we cannot offer perfection!
Backorders
If you order an item from us that is not in stock, the item will be placed on 'Back Order' and sent on to you as soon as it is back in stock. We will keep you informed of progress. There may be an small additional postage charge when the item is sent out to you, but this often means that ultimately, you pay LESS for postage and packaging across both packets than our normal 'minimum charge'.
If an out of stock item becomes particularly difficult to obtain, we will keep you informed at intervals via email and keep trying to obtain the item unless you ask us to cancel the back order. If we discover that a title on backorder is 'Reprinting' or has become 'Out of Print' we will let you know. If you do not require a book that has been on backorder for some time, simply let us know and we will cancel the backorder.
Returns
Returns are NOT accepted unless by specific arrangement, and even then, ONLY in the case where the the music has been sent out by US in error, or the music is damaged. Please ring first as your request may be denied! Any queries relating to your delivery must be notified within 14 days of receipt.
